When purchasing something as expensive and important as mobility equipment, we understand the worry about buying online. This is why we give you the opportunity to visit our store and let you try and test the equipment before purchasing.
We also understand that mobility equipment can be life-changing but the commercial prices make it harder to commit. Our prices and payment schemes put you first, and these are hard to ignore.
You will have a 3 months guarantee on all our equipment sold! In the event of a fault with the item, you can return it to us with the original receipt for an exchange, repair, credit note, or even a refund.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return it to us with the original receipt within 14 days. We will accept a refund, provided that the equipment it is in fully resalable condition and undamaged.
Worried that you might not snatch your favourite scooter on time? You may reserve items by paying a deposit of £10, or 10% of the sale price on more expensive items. This deposit is fully refundable. The item would be held in store for 5 days, giving you some time to get to the store, test it, and think about it before buying!
We offer a delivery service for the minimum purchase value is £10. If you are located within 5 miles this service is £10, between 5 and 15 miles it is £20, and the price for delivery over 15 miles is negotiable.
